SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
All items are shipped within 1-2 Business Days (Mon-Fri). Make sure to double check your shipping address. This will ensure delays do not happen. Please allow 2-8 business days to receive your item.
PRE-ORDERS:
All pre-orders will be shipped out on or the following day of the Product release date. Please separate your Pre-Order from In Stock items. If your In Stock order has any Pre-Order items, they will be shipped out separately unless they are within 7 days of the release of the pre-ordered items.
CARD GRADING:
- Mint/Near Mint (NM): Card will be mint or with very minor imperfections
- Light Play (LP): Card will have edge wear and/or small dents, slight scuffs or scratches.
- Moderate Play (MP): This card might have moderate amount of wear around the edges and might have small scratches.
- Heavyily Played (HP): Card will have creases, dents and/or edge wear.
- Damaged : Several bends and/or scratches not for a collector. Other damage may be present Card will have noticeable damage such as large creases and/or heavy edge wear.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY:
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order for most of our Products. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- No Returns or Exchanges on any "Loose" single Packs or Sealed Vintage Boxes/Packs. Sales are Final.
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and must be in the same condition as ordered.
